No equipment needed, just follow along and do the workout with me to get moving whenever and wherever you are. Modifications are provided, so you can gain flexibility, tone, and freedom in your physical body no matter your fitness level.

If you are worried you will be only be eating rabbit food…I have designed the meal plan to be robust, exciting, easy to make, and I encourage you to eat to satiation while getting in a wide variety of nutrient dense, plant foods that will keep you feeling energized without deprivation.
If you are concerned about what people in your life will say…this 21 day challenge will give you the tools to understand your “why” and build a firm foundation for yourself to confidently go into social situations and family gatherings with a plan to stick to your goals and share the wonderful plant based food with them! You might even encourage them to make healthy changes too!
If you are not sure you’ll be able to keep up with making all the recipes…the beauty of this challenge is that you will have everything you need to make this work for you. You have the freedom to pick/mix up your daily meals from the 21 day meal plan, make it your own, or even implement the “basics” recipes when you just don’t have time.
